Cut manual work by a projected 47%
with AI automation
We build AI agents and workflows that take over your busywork. Our 14-industry research projects a median 47% time savings and payback in 4.2 months (projected, as of March 2026). These are research projections, not measured client results. Most projects go live in 2 to 6 weeks. See the research behind the 47% →
What We Build
AI agents, automation, and security, deployed in weeks, not quarters. Every tool we ship is measured by one thing: your ROI.
AI automation uses artificial intelligence to run, track, and improve business tasks that used to need people, like making decisions, moving data, and talking to customers, with little to no manual work.
AI Agents & Voice
Your best employee, available 24/7. Answers calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments in your brand voice, in any language. Handles open-ended conversation, not scripted decision trees.
Workflow Automation
Stop copy-pasting between apps. n8n (an open-source workflow automation platform we self-host for full data control) connects your stack, moves data automatically, and alerts you when something breaks.
Security & Compliance
Zero Trust from the ground up: no user, device, or system is trusted by default, and every access request is verified. Encryption at rest and in transit. We run this discipline on ourselves: our own infrastructure files tickets through scoped, IP-bound, auto-rotating machine credentials.
How It Works
From first call to live system, typically in six weeks.
Discovery Call
A free 30-minute call. We look at how your team works today, find what can be automated, and set clear goals.
Solution Design
We design a custom plan using AI agents and workflows built around your needs.
Implementation
Most solutions go live in 2 to 6 weeks. We test everything and train your team.
Scale & Optimize
Track results, improve what works, and roll out automation to more of your business.

We audit our own homepage in public
A distributed team obsessed with making AI and automation actually work for real businesses.
On 30 July 2026 we ran our design-quality detector against this page. It is deterministic: 60 rules, no AI, no judgment calls. It found 82 problems. We root-caused them (colours picked against one background and reused on another, framework defaults never replaced), fixed and re-deployed through the day, and re-measured the live page after every deploy: 82 to 57 to 35 to 0, same day. The same instrument scores top-ranked agency sites at 0. Three findings are waived rather than fixed, with written reasons in versioned config: our body typeface and our uppercase label style are deliberate choices. When the count changes, this paragraph changes.
We also run on the discipline we sell. On 30 July 2026 our AI-side machine identity, using a scoped, IP-bound, auto-rotating credential, filed tickets TK-4565, TK-4568, and TK-4572 into our ticket system, attributed and tenant-stamped. The scoped keys and audit trails we deploy for clients are the ones we run on ourselves. See how we measure →
Why we started DSM
We started DSM after watching too many companies fail at AI. Consultants talked but never built anything. Tools made big promises but fell short. McKinsey's 2025 State of AI survey (November 2025, 1,993 respondents) found that 88% of organizations now use AI in at least one business function, yet only 39% report any bottom-line impact at the enterprise level. The reason? Bad setup.
So we decided to do it differently. We don't write 200-page strategy decks. We build the thing, ship it in weeks, and measure the ROI.
"You don't need a big budget to win with AI. Start with your most painful manual task. Fix that first, then grow from there."

Our research into multi-location medical practices found that AI scheduling and follow-up automation typically recovers 45% of administrative time, with significant revenue gains from reduced no-shows and faster billing cycles.
AI-powered follow-up sequences and intelligent lead scoring can triple conversion rates in real estate, based on our analysis of CRM data patterns and industry benchmarks for automated nurture campaigns.
A Digital Twin is defined as an AI-powered virtual replica of a business process, customer interaction, or operational workflow that mirrors real-world behavior in real time. Digital Twin AI agents can handle 80% of e-commerce customer inquiries automatically. Our research shows this approach maintains high CSAT scores while significantly reducing support costs.
Our analysis of municipal AI implementations shows permit processing times can drop from 23 days to 5 days, with 60% operational cost reductions through automation of citizen services and workflow digitization.

AI Automation vs Traditional RPA
Not all automation is the same. Here is how AI-powered automation compares to traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the factors that matter most.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can AI automation be deployed?+
Most implementations go live within 6 weeks. We start with a discovery audit in week one, build and test automations in weeks 2-4, then deploy and optimize in weeks 5-6. Simple workflows can ship in as little as 48 hours.
What industries do you serve?+
We work across 14+ industries including healthcare, finance, legal, e-commerce, manufacturing, and SaaS. Our AI automation adapts to any workflow regardless of industry vertical.
Is your platform HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant?+
We hold a completed CMMC Level 1 self-assessment on our own pipeline. Our architecture is aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 requirements. We say aligned, not certified: no third-party attestation exists yet, and we will not claim one until it does. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, with Zero Trust access rules and audit logging. See our Security & Trust Center for details.
How does AI automation differ from traditional RPA?+
RPA follows fixed rules. AI adapts. It reads messy data, makes choices, and works across apps, with no screen scraping needed. It gets smarter over time. Read our full comparison.
What ROI can I expect from AI automation?+
Our 14-industry research projects a median 47% time savings with a 4.2-month payback. These are research projections, not measured client results. Use our ROI Calculator for a personalized estimate based on your current workflows.
Do I need to replace my existing software?+
No. We plug into what you already use. CRMs, ERPs, email, accounting: we connect to 200+ tools via secure APIs. Nothing gets replaced. We just make your current tools work smarter.
How do you measure AI automation ROI?+
We track four things: time saved, fewer errors, faster work, and missed chances recovered. Our method uses 6 clear steps. Across 14 industries, the median is 47% time saved with payback in 4.2 months. See our full research.
Is my data safe with AI automation?+
Yes. All data is locked down with AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We run 42 security checks, keep our architecture aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST 800-53 (aligned, not certified), and scan for threats every day. Your data stays in your setup. We can run on your servers or in your cloud.
What is the difference between AI agents and chatbots?+
Chatbots follow scripts. AI agents think. They read your data, book meetings, update records, and send emails on their own. They learn and get better over time. Learn more about our Donna AI assistant.
Can AI automation work for small businesses?+
Absolutely. Month-to-month retainers begin at $2,500/month and fixed-fee Quick Start projects begin at $4,000. Our 14-industry research projects payback in about 4.2 months. Common small business automations include appointment scheduling, invoice processing, customer follow-ups, and lead qualification: tasks that typically consume 15-20 hours per week of manual effort.
2026 AI Automation Outlook
Three trends are changing business automation in 2026: agentic AI, meaning agents that make decisions rather than follow scripts; compliance-first deployment, with security built into AI from day one; and vertical focus, AI that knows healthcare billing, legal work, or insurance claims out of the box. DSM.promo sits at the center of all three.
Start with your most painful manual task
Bring it to a free 30-minute call. We will tell you whether it can be automated, what it would cost, and how long it would take. Most projects go live in about six weeks. The market is moving either way: IDC's Worldwide AI and Generative AI Spending Guide puts global AI spending at roughly $235 billion today, rising past $631 billion by 2028.
